Real Estate Economics (1995-12 months ago) - Scholarly research on current and emerging real estate issues published for members of the American Real Estate & Urban Economics Association.

Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics (1997-present) - Provides theoretical and empirical research on real estate using the paradigms and methodologies of finance and economics. Coverage includes urban economics, housing, regional science and public policy.

Journal of Real Estate Research (1986-present) - Scope focuses on micro-oreinted issues in real estate.
