Example: I'm looking for articles that discuss the correlation between emotional intelligence and 

• Click Select All and then click Continue to select all of the EBSCO article databases simutaneously
• Type job performance into the first box
• Type emotional intelligence into the second box
• Click Search
• On the left-hand side, click the box for Scholarly (Peer reviewed journals)
• On the left-hand side, go to Publication date and set the range from 2015-2025
• After clicking on the title for an article, click the link for Cite
  • Please Note: the "Cite" feature will help collect some information (choose Chicago/Turabian Humanities), but you will need to edit the citations because they aren't completely correct
