Damaged equipment--such as a 360 camera with a dent or scratched lens or a Google Cardboard that has been bent out of shape--will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A Borrower may replace a lost or damaged item with a duplicate copy acceptable to the Genesis Lab as determined by the Director of the Genesis Lab.
