Borrowing EBL Books

When accessing an EBL ebook from the library’s catalog or from the EBL home page, you begin at the detailed record for your book.  Here you can find information about the title, the table of contents, and access to notes you may have created on previous sessions.

To begin reading the title online and open the EBL Online Reader, choose “Read Online” or click on a specific chapter within the table of contents.

You can browse the full-text of the title for five minutes.  When your five minutes of browsing has expired, you’ll be asked to confirm that you want to borrow the book.

Click “Yes (create a loan)” if you’d like to continue reading the book, to print pages from the book, or download the book.

When you go to the EBL homepage, you can easily find all of the titles you are currently borrowing and all titles you’ve recently borrowed or browsed.
