Example: I'm looking for insider purchases with a minimum of 4 insiders that occurred in the last two years. The transactions must be a minimum of $1 million.

• Go the "Transaction Filing" section and remove the checkmark from Sale
• Use the pull-down menu in the upper-right hand side, to change "Filing" to "Company"
• Select a minimum of 4 insiders
• For the "Traded K$, type 1,000 into the Min box
• Click Search
• The max results default is 100. You can change this to a higher number.

Bloomberg will provide rankings of the largest insider transactions for the following time ranges:

• 1 day
• 1 week
• 1 month
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 1 year

Use the code INSD to obtain a ranked list,

The list is ranked by the market values for insider transactions over the time period you selected. You can also rank the transactions by the number of insiders.

You can generate list by either the largest amount of shares bought, or the greatest number of share sold.
