What are EBSCO eBooks?

Pepperdine Libraries have a collection of EBSCO eBooks e-that you may view and download.  You can find EBSCO eBook titles using the library catalog or by visiting EBSCOhost.  Before visiting EBSCOhost, you’ll be asked to sign in with your WaveNet account.

Finding EBSCOhost eBooks

 

To find EBSCOhost eBooks on the EBSCOhost site, you can perform a keyword search in the search box, browse by category on the left-hand column, or browse highlights and featured eBooks in the center of the page.

 

  

 

 

If searching for eBooks, you will be taken to a list of eBooks related to your search terms.

 

Click the eBook Full Text to read the eBook online

or

click Download (Offline) to check out the book and read it on your computer using Adobe Digital Editions.

Note: On your personal desktop or laptop, all downloaded ebooks are read via Adobe Digital Editions (ADE). To successfully download titles, please ensure you have this free software installed before downloading.

 

 

If you click the title of the eBook in the search results page, you will be taken to the Detailed Record page, where you can print, email, save, or export the record.

 

The “Most relevant pages from this eBook” section at the bottom of the Detailed Record displays the eBook’s pages that are most relevant to your search query.
