The final paper should examine one or two works from the course in light of some literary trend, genre convention, or cultural/theoretical concept. Each student must consult the professor individually regarding his or her final paper topic as early in the course as possible. You must turn in a typed outline of your final paper on the day designated in the calendar. Your final paper must a Works Cited (Obras citadas) page with at least 4 secondary sources in Spanish. Please do not hesitate to consult the professor if you have difficulty locating sources for your paper or if any questions arise during the research and writing process.
