Course Description

This particular seminar on resilience will introduce students to the literature regarding resilience, grit, and perseverance.  Readings, videos, presentations, class discussions and other activities will encourage academic understanding and personal application of the issues.  Students will be encouraged to develop healthy coping habits, including application, and integration of psychological principals and faith, for their university years and beyond, thereby advancing the Christian mission of the University
