First you will need to log in to SIRSA using a generic student account.

once logged in you will fill out this form every time you help a patron. If the proper form doesn't come up automatically then you can change it to Circ. Stats at the top right drop down. For the quickest entry, simply press submit and it will leave everything you set of the form as is.
